Provider staffing
01 · Your brief

The right fit starts here.

Tell us what your clinic needs and where you plan to serve patients.

  • Services and patient population
  • States and care delivery model
  • Expected hours and volume
Availability and timing depend on your clinic’s requirements.
02 · Provider matching

Build the team around care.

Review provider options against the needs of your organization.

  • Relevant clinical experience
  • State licensing alignment
  • Medical leadership needs
A match is reviewed before any staffing commitment.
03 · Readiness

Prepare the team to begin.

Coordinate the agreements, access, and workflows needed for launch.

  • Credential and onboarding review
  • Clinic tools and workflow setup
  • Handoffs with your operations team
Onboarding requirements must be met before patient care begins.
04 · Operations

Keep your team connected.

Stay connected as your programs and staffing needs change.

  • Scheduling coordination
  • Coverage needs and changes
  • Defined support responsibilities
Ongoing support follows the scope agreed with your clinic.

Explore the steps from staffing brief to ongoing support.

The support behind your next step

Build around the work
you need help with.

Start with your goals. Choose the services and responsibilities that fit your business.

01

Coverage built around demand

Define the states, visit types, service hours, and expected volume your program needs.

02

Program-specific matching

Review clinician experience and fit for the services you plan to offer.

03

An organized path to care

Coordinate the credential review, agreements, platform access, and orientation in your staffing scope.

04

Capacity that can evolve

Plan for a new launch, added coverage, overflow demand, or growth across clinic brands.

Move quickly with a clear plan

What does “as little as 24 hours” mean?

It means matching can begin within that window for eligible requests when we have complete information and appropriate clinicians are available. It does not promise a provider can see patients the next day. We confirm a practical start date after reviewing all onboarding needs.

  • State and program availability must be confirmed
  • Credential review and agreements come before activation
  • Platform orientation may be required
  • Payer enrollment, when needed, follows a separate timeline

One program or many

Build coverage around the clinic you run.

A small launch and an established clinic network need different staffing plans. We start with the gap you need to fill, then connect the relevant operating support.

  • Initial coverage for a new clinic
  • Additional clinicians for growing demand
  • Program or state expansion
  • Clinical leadership and patient coordination alongside staffing

From conversation to action

A clear path forward.

01

Define the coverage gap

Send your service line, locations, visit model, expected volume, and schedule.

02

Review available options

We check clinician fit and availability, then discuss the staffing scope and timing with you.

03

Complete launch requirements

Confirm credentials, agreements, orientation, and any required enrollment before patient care begins.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Before we get started.

Which states can you help us cover?

Our provider network spans all 50 states and Washington, DC. Availability for your specific service, schedule, and visit model must be confirmed. Network reach does not guarantee immediate coverage for every request.

Can providers work inside our existing platform?

We can review your current platform, clinical workflow, and access requirements. Any integration, orientation, or platform change is scoped before the staffing engagement begins.

Do you support live and asynchronous visits?

Tell us which visit model you need. We assess the staffing fit and program requirements with the clinical team. The available model depends on the service, location, and clinical requirements.

Is insurance credentialing included?

Provider availability and payer enrollment are separate. If you plan to bill insurance, we review credentialing and enrollment needs alongside staffing so you understand what is ready and what still needs to happen.
