Before we get started

Clear answers.

Is Practice Verified a replacement for LegitScript?

No. Practice Verified is independent and does not replace LegitScript or another required certification. When a platform or processor requires a specific certification, that organization's requirement still applies.

Can you guarantee a payment-processing account or ad approval?

No. Payment processors and advertising platforms make their own underwriting and policy decisions. Readiness work and application preparation do not guarantee acceptance.

Do you provide legal advice?

Business setup coordination does not replace legal advice. Entity structure, clinical practice requirements, contracts, and jurisdiction-specific questions should be reviewed by the appropriate licensed professionals.

Does a completed checklist mean we can launch?

A checklist is a planning tool. Launch readiness depends on the actual service model, clinical coverage, agreements, technology, and required approvals. Your project plan should make those dependencies explicit.
