Does Telehealth US issue LegitScript certification?
No. We provide preparation and application support. LegitScript is a separate organization and makes its own eligibility and certification decisions. Our service does not mean your clinic is already certified.
Can you guarantee certification or ad approval?
No. Certification depends on LegitScript's review. Advertising platforms and payment providers also apply their own requirements. We help you prepare and respond; we do not promise approval, reinstatement, or a particular review timeline.
Can you help if I already started an application?
Yes. Share your application stage and outstanding requests. We can scope help organizing documents, reviewing your website, and coordinating the remaining preparation tasks.
