YOUR NUMBERS. YOUR NEXT STEP.

See what your clinic
could earn.

Change six numbers. See your monthly costs, estimated profit, and the patient count needed to cover your costs.

01 / BUILD YOUR PLAN

Start with your inputs.

Example numbers—not our pricing or typical earnings. Change every input to match your plan. All amounts are in US dollars.

How many patients pay you in a month?

Slide from 0 to 500, or enter a larger number above.

Money you collect per patient, after discounts and refunds.

Include visits, medications, labs, and shipping that your clinic pays for.

Your total monthly spend on ads and other marketing.

Include software, staff, medical directors, insurance, owner pay, and recurring service fees.

The percentage charged on payments. Include any flat transaction fees in other costs.

Your inputs stay in this browser. Nothing is sent unless you choose to email your plan.

How does the math work?

Money in: paying patients × monthly amount collected per patient.

Money out: care costs for those patients + payment fees + marketing + other monthly costs.

Estimated profit: money in − money out. If costs are higher, the result is a loss.

Break-even: marketing and other monthly costs divided by what each patient leaves after care and payment fees, rounded up to a whole patient.

What should I include in my costs?

Add every recurring expense your clinic pays. Include our service fees in the relevant care or other-cost field once you have a quote. Avoid counting the same expense twice.

Include per-patient visits, medication, labs, and shipping in care costs only when your clinic pays them. Add staff, software, medical director fees, insurance, rent, owner pay, and flat payment fees to other monthly costs.

This estimate excludes taxes, loan interest, and one-time setup costs unless you add them to your own budget. It does not measure cash in your bank account or how long it takes to recover startup costs.

What can change the result?

This is a simple monthly model. It assumes the same average price and care cost per paying patient, and the same total marketing and other monthly costs at break-even.

More patients may require more staff or marketing. Patient retention, refunds, treatment mix, pharmacy costs, and payment timing can also change your numbers. Try a lower patient count and higher costs to see a more cautious plan.

These are estimates from your inputs, not a Telehealth US quote or a promise of earnings.
